概述


本厂生产的系列多角度变矩锥形混合机，是多年来吸收总结了用户的反馈信息，设计开发的新型混合设备，有效克服原双螺旋混合机对部分物料混合中存在盲区、死角、筒体圆周粘壁，启动程序繁琐，出料分层不畅，清洗困难，混合时间长，配件标准化差，价格高，维修困难，装载系数低，使用面窄等缺点。特别是解决了部分物料在混合中根本无法充分混合均匀，严重影响物料混合精度及用户产品质量档次等问题。
该机混合均匀度5分钟（变异系数CV）<1％弥补了臂非对称双螺旋锥形混合机的不足，而且价格更经济，把混合机行业推到一个崭新的领域。
